WINK Timeline Update

Just a personal note to out 700+ loyal followers and contributors to keep you abreast of what we're doing. Issue 15 came out right before January 1, 2021. Issue 16 is scheduled for May (or June). We haven't started reading the delicious submissions. I look at them longingly each day as I wade through some other pressing projects. Please bear with us, be patient, we;ll get there.
