AI and other Sticky Things

OUR STANCE ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI): This is a complicated and rapidly changing situation. For the time being, we can say we have no problem with anyone using Grammarly or similar programs to check their spelling and grammar in their submissions. However, we are not looking for computer-generated stories. When we edit, we do it manually, and you can feel secure that we won't run your story through any outside checker program. For now, we are keeping an open mind. We welcome your comments and preferences on the subject. We are learning right along with you. AI is here to stay and will surely find its sweet spot in our lives.
